IRFB4110 Transistor Explained / Description:

Are you looking for a highly efficient MOSFET to use in your SMPS and UPS Systems then the IRFB4110 might be a good choice for you. IRF4110 is an N channel MOSFET available in TO-220AB package. The transistor has many features and benefits such has it has better gate, better dynamic dv/dt ratings, fully characterized capacitance etc.

Safe Operating Guidelines / Absolute Maximum Ratings:

Follow these operating guidelines to get long term performance with IRFB4110 MOSFET. First of all do not use the transistor to its absolute maximum ratings and always use it 20% below from its absolute max ratings. The maximum continuous drain current is 180A, therefore do not drive load of more than 144A, the maximum drain to source voltage is 100V so do not drive load of more than 80V. Use a suitable heatsink with the transistor and always store or operate the transistor at temperature above -55 ° C and below +170 ° C.
