EVE 230AH 3.2v LiFePO4 Battery Cells

We stock EVE 304AH LiFePO4 battery cells in the UK. All our LiFePO4 cells are shipped in sets of four, so for a 12v battery, select 1 in the quantity field, for a 24v battery, select 2 in the quantity field, etc..

These are high-quality cells that have QR codes and verified capacity and performance.

All cells are checked for physical defects, leaks, Voltage, and Internal resistance by our technical team. Random cells are tested in sets of four for true capacity. So far all cells test at well over the capacity of 304ah. The lowest cell we’ve tested is 310ah. They will therefore achieve at least the advertised capacity. They come without scratches and dents, terminals are inspected. We go the extra mile to give you peace of mind.

The LiFePO4 cells are 304AH and will be shipped to you at the nominal voltage of around 3.2v ready for you to top balance and assemble a DIY battery system. If you require assistance to top-balance please contact us. Alternatively, we can perform the top-balancing to 3.65v for a nominal fee. Top balancing a set of four cells takes roughly one day. It’s really important that you top balance your cells before you use them.

These cells have a 10.6mm M6 stud laser welded onto the terminal, which is capable of a torque rating of 8nM. We’ve tested a few at a torque of 10nM without a problem just to give you a bit of leeway and peace of mind. We have tested sample cells at a high C-rate discharge of 160amps and have seen a relatively minor temperature increase to around 40°C which is well within acceptable limits. We ran the high-C test for just under two hours.

You will receive one bus bar per battery cell that you order. You only need three bars to build a 12v battery.

The dimensions of these cells (excluding the studs) are 204mm x 174mm x 72mm. This is standard for this type of cell. We ship them in pairs in double boxes (2x a box within a box), and they are padded with foam within the internal box. They are very well wrapped and packaged.
